About Cambridge Biopharma Solutions
Cambridge Biopharma Solutions was founded by Anita Treohan, a seasoned clinical operations executive with over 24 years of experience across emerging biotechs, global pharmaceutical companies, and contract research organizations (CROs). The firm was created to offer high-level, hands-on support across clinical development and operations—combining strategic oversight with adaptable execution.
Anita’s core expertise lies in clinical operations, where she has led global studies across Phases 1–4 and supported post-marketing commitments. Beyond clinical operations, Anita has served in, managed, or closely collaborated with several adjacent functions throughout her career. These include data management, statistical programming, biostatistics, clinical outsourcing, clinical compliance, medical writing oversight, regulatory operations, program and portfolio management, and alliance management. Her cross-functional experience allows her to ensure strategic alignment and operational continuity across both internal teams and external partnerships.
She has worked on both prevalent and rare disease programs and has supported a range of global regulatory submissions from a clinical operations perspective, including INDs, CTAs, and briefing packages for health authority meetings. She has also contributed to two NDA programs that progressed to planning but were not ultimately filed.
Anita brings particular value in lean or fast-paced environments, where adaptable leadership and operational depth are essential. She has collaborated with investigators, KOLs, and patient advocacy organizations to shape study design and ensure alignment with broader development objectives.
All client engagements are personally led by Anita. When projects require broader expertise or capacity, she draws on a trusted network of independent consultants—each bringing deep functional knowledge and the ability to provide both strategic and hands-on support across clinical development and operations.
